Maryland ENA Point Sheets

Maryland ENA Point Sheets are used by members to document points earned throughout the year for various activities. Each year, these point sheets are completed and mailed to the Point Sheet Chairperson who reviews them and determines the representative delegates who will be chosen for the National ENA General Assembly. This decision is based on the those with the highest number of points from each chapter.

Point sheets with supporting documentation as instructed on Point Sheet instructions format are due to Linda Arapian by June 16^th  2008 at 12 midnight. It can be emailed to her at laern@aol.com or mailed to 12451 Quail Woods Dr., Germantown, MD  20874.
